This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Seller / SDR Remoto para Médica Oftalmologista based in Brazil.

This remote role focuses on turning digital interactions into meaningful patient relationships and scheduled consultations.
You will manage qualified leads coming through Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and paid traffic campaigns.
The position combines consultative communication, sales skills, lead follow-up, and intelligent automation.
You will create and optimize conversational flows to make the patient journey faster, more personalized, and effective.
Working closely with the clinic’s secretary, you will help ensure a seamless experience from the first contact through appointment scheduling.
The role also offers an opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, and strengthen lead conversion strategies.

Accountabilities:

The Social Seller / SDR will manage the digital lead journey, combining humanized commercial communication with automation and structured follow-up to maximize engagement and appointment conversions.

  • Respond to leads from Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business, and paid traffic campaigns.
  • Provide personalized and humanized commercial support, guiding prospective patients toward appointment scheduling.
  • Respond to new Instagram leads within a maximum of 10 minutes as required by demand.
  • Create, review, and optimize scripts for customer service, pre-sales, and appointment scheduling.
  • Build and manage automated communication flows using ManyChat, BotConversa, or similar platforms.
  • Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities to improve speed, engagement, and conversion.
  • Conduct follow-ups and re-engage leads, maintaining approximately 20 interactions per lead when necessary.
  • Schedule consultations and ensure lead information is accurately recorded.
  • Keep CRM records and appointment schedules updated.
  • Maintain and improve customer service checklists and clinic routines.
  • Ensure a high-quality patient experience through fast, courteous, and professional communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic secretary throughout the patient journey.
  • Support the creation of campaigns, automated messages, and lead-nurturing sequences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital service, lead management, and conversion processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive and commercially minded professional with strong written communication, digital customer service experience, and an interest in technology and automation.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with social media and digital customer service.
  • Practical knowledge of ManyChat, BotConversa, or other messaging automation tools.
  • Excellent written communication and strong command of formal Portuguese.
  • Ability to adapt communication to a brand’s tone, positioning, and audience.
  • Strong technology skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Proactive mindset with the initiative to identify and implement improvements.
  • Commercial profile with a strong focus on results, lead engagement, and conversion.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare is a plus.
  • Experience with sales funnels and lead management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel customer service and marketing automation is desirable.
  • Training in customer service, marketing automation, or sales copywriting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UX writing and neuro-selling concepts is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ophthalmology or healthcare services is an advantage.
