Collaborating closely with developers, design engineers, and stakeholders, you will contribute to solutions that balance user needs with business objectives. You will also incorporate AI-driven tools and workflows into research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and iteration. Translate complex user and business challenges into intuitive user journeys, information architectures, and digital experiences.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile products.
Apply strong UX and visual design principles across typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, composition, usability, and accessibility.
Integrate AI tools and workflows into research, ideation, exploration, prototyping, content creation, analysis, and design iteration.
Develop interactive prototypes that realistically represent product interactions and support usability testing and design validation.
Apply systems thinking to interconnected user, product, and business challenges, creating solutions that are scalable and consistent.
Work closely with developers and design engineers to communicate design intent and ensure solutions are technically feasible.
Consider accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and consistency across different devices and digital experiences.
Present design concepts and decisions through clear storytelling, visual communication, and well-articulated rationale.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporate stakeholder feedback constructively, and contribute effectively within a fast-paced collaborative environment.
3–5 years of professional experience in UX, visual, product, or digital design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, composition, and visual consistency.
Solid understanding of UX fundamentals such as user research, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools and AI-assisted workflows into the design process to improve exploration, speed, quality, and decision-making.
Strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI design.
Experience creating interactive prototypes that simulate real-world user interactions and help validate design decisions.
Strong systems-thinking abilities, with the capacity to break complex problems into clear, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how digital products are implemented and delivered.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, respond positively to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with designers, developers, engineers, product stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
