Part Time Janitor in Clovis, New Mexico at Mental Health Resources, Inc

Summary of Duties: Janitor will be responsible for ensuring offices are safe, clean and functional.

Pay:$12.50 per hour

Part time, up to 25 hours per week

Must have own transportation, valid driver's license, and pass background check

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Empty trash and waste containers.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and fixtures.
  • Other heavy traffic areas in building
• Wash windows, walls, and glass surfaces.
• Perform minor repairs (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets)
• Monitor building security and safety (locking doors, checking equipment
• Maintain outdoor areas (snow removal, lawn care)
  • Picks up trash and debris in assigned areas around buildings.
  • Pull weeds as needed.
• Report major maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Reports needed supplies and equipment to supervisor
• Dusts and polishes furniture, woodwork, mini-blinds, and other surfaces.
• Cleans kitchens, and meeting rooms.
• Safely and properly handles equipment.
• Participates in one-on-one training with the supervisor when needed.
• Carries out the agency’s mission.
• Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times.
• Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
