We are looking for a caring, dependable Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our assisted living team. If you enjoy helping seniors, providing compassionate care, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
  • Assist residents with medication administration according to physician orders and facility policies
  • Accurately document medications and resident care
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the appropriate nurse or supervisor
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care
  • Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the care team
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Requirements: What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, caregiving, or medication assistance preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication procedures
  • Dependable, responsible, and compassionate
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team
  • Must meet all applicable California requirements for the position
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably handle long periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
