Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic programs aligned with people, HR, organizational, and broader enterprise priorities.
Define program scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, and success metrics for high-impact initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage progress across multiple interconnected workstreams.
Establish clear accountability structures and monitor execution against agreed objectives, timelines, and performance indicators.
Provide senior leadership with concise program updates, progress reports, insights, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.
Connect individual initiatives with broader organizational priorities, strategic programs, and parallel transformation efforts.
Build stakeholder alignment and influence decisions and outcomes without relying on direct reporting authority.
Lead change management activities that support program rollout, adoption, process implementation, and sustainable organizational change.
Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and potential barriers, developing mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and achieve program objectives.
Support strategic planning and portfolio coordination across people programs and enterprise initiatives.
Help ensure programs deliver measurable organizational impact while maintaining strong governance, communication, and execution discipline.
7+ years of experience leading complex strategic programs, enterprise initiatives, or large-scale transformation efforts.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple organizational functions and distributed environments.
Strong program management expertise, including planning, milestone management, execution tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
Proven ability to communicate complex program information, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
Experience managing high-visibility initiatives with measurable organizational or business impact.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to connect individual initiatives to broader organizational and business priorities.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a structured and execution-oriented approach.
Experience supporting HR transformation, People Operations, or people-focused strategic programs is an asset.
Familiarity with enterprise change management methodologies and organizational adoption practices is preferred.
Exposure to AI-driven initiatives or technology-enabled transformation within HR or People Operations is a plus.
Experience working with program portfolios in large-scale organizations is advantageous.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration across distributed teams.
100% remote position within Canada.
Competitive compensation of CAD $75–$85 per hour.
