Lexus Escondido is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Café Ambassador to join our Culture Café team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating welcoming experiences, connecting with guests, and serving high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

As a Café Ambassador, you will represent the Lexus brand by providing exceptional hospitality to dealership guests and team members. You will help create a positive café experience through outstanding customer service, beverage preparation, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and other café offerings.
• Educate customers on available menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide support to enhance their experience.
• Assist with daily café operations during scheduled shifts.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling, safety, cleanliness, and security.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, restaurant, café, or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong customer service mindset with a "customer-first" attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Previous barista experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
