Job Description
Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 25–30 hours per week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our facility. This role involves a combination of administrative work, customer service, and hands-on assistance with animal care logistics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with animals, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires early morning shifts on Thursdays and Fridays, routine interaction with animals, and the ability to multitask effectively. Training will be provided for all job-specific duties.
Animal Control
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 25–30 hours per week
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday–Friday: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, courteous assistance to clients
- Enter data accurately into our software system
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized records
- Administer rabies vaccines following established protocols and safety guidelines
- Transport animals to and from their scheduled spay and neuter surgeries
- Assist with general office and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Comfortable working around animals and handling them safely
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
