Job Summary
The Collision Estimator / Service Advisor evaluates vehicle damage, prepares accurate repair estimates, and guides customers through the collision repair process from intake through delivery. This role works closely with insurance carriers, technicians, parts, and production leadership to develop complete repair plans, manage supplements, and keep customers informed. The position is responsible for balancing repair accuracy, customer service, insurer requirements, and efficient shop workflow.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare complete, accurate collision repair estimates.
Document damage, labor operations, parts, photos, and repair procedures in accordance with insurer and company requirements.
Communicate with customers regarding repair scope, timeline, updates, and final delivery.
Work with insurance carriers on claims, approvals, supplements, and documentation.
Coordinate with blueprint, production, parts, and technicians to support an accurate repair plan.
Review supplements and update estimates as additional damage is discovered.
Reconcile repair orders and prepare final invoices that match approved estimates and supplements.
Maintain organized documentation and provide a high level of customer service throughout the repair.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of collision estimating or collision service advisor experience required.
Strong knowledge of the collision repair process, estimating procedures, insurer protocols, and supplement documentation.
Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software required; experience with other estimating platforms is a plus.
Working knowledge of OEM repair procedures and I-CAR standards.
Ability to upload estimates, images, and documentation to meet major insurance program requirements.
Strong customer-service, sales, oral communication, and written communication skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple active repairs.
Valid driver's license required.
