IT- Desktop Specialist in Traverse City, Michigan at State Savings Bank

A State Savings Bank Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing prompt and efficient service to our team members with a "Yes, I can" approach. A Desktop Support Specialist is expected to be available to work Monday through Saturday.

THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSTION IN TRAVERSE CITY, MI.

/Infrastructure - Systems

· Microsoft Active Directory – User Administrator

· Core Processing (Horizon, FSI Image Center, check printing, Scanners, etc.)

· Secure Exchange – User Administration & End User Support

· MS365 – User Administration & End User Support

· Kace – Operations

· Mitel – User administration, hardware configuration and support

/Security

· End User Incident Response

· NAC - Operations

/Desktop Support (Primary)

· Tech Support (user issues, phone support, support through email)

· Desktop Imaging and replacement

· Desktop (Hardware, Operating Systems and Client-Side Software)

· Printers/Scanners

· Loan Processing Software (LPL, Mortgage Processing, etc.)

Other duties as assigned or necessary
