Overnight Shift | $38–$48/hour, based on experience

NANA Healthcare Management, LLC is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare team in Dunwoody, GA for overnight coverage.

We are open to PRN, part-time, and full-time RNs who are interested in working overnight shifts. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys a collaborative environment and providing quality care within a behavioral health setting.

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients throughout the overnight shift
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor patient condition
• Obtain and document vital signs and other clinical observations
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patients for changes in medical or behavioral status
• Respond appropriately to medical and psychiatric concerns or emergencies
• Communicate significant changes in condition to the appropriate provider and clinical leadership
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment environment
• Collaborate with BHTs, therapists, providers, and other members of the treatment team
• Complete shift-to-shift communication and handoff
• Follow all applicable nursing, safety, and organizational policies

• Active Georgia RN license or compact RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, residential, PHP/IOP, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment and medication administration skills
• Ability to recognize and appropriately respond to changes in patient condition
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the larger clinical team
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts

We are open to discussing scheduling based on your availability and the needs of the program.

$38–$48 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional shift differentials may apply where applicable.
