LOCATION: Jupiter, FL.

STATUS: Salary-Exempt

The Manager, Project Management is responsible to manage the activities of a Project Management team, providing overall management of the execution of Long Term Agreements and transactional projects. The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Serve as a high-level Management contact to the Customer to achieve maximum responsiveness and performance of account requirements
• Serve as a liaison between Customer and PSM to facilitate the commercial process.
• Ensure close alignment with other PSM organizations towards upfront contract/project planning requirements and post-execution closure activities.
• Support and align with PSM Sales for contract or project growth opportunities beyond existing scopes and requirements.
• Responsible to forecast hardware and field services requirements towards revenue recognition, including communicating financials to Commercial team and Accounting
• Provide Management and oversight of Project Managers for LTA, Transactional, and other project scopes. Align PSM goals and objectives via performance management cycle
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly reporting efforts. utilizing internal directives
• Maintain Project Management career ladder in coordination with PSM Management
• Ensure communication of field/shop data to engineering regarding PSM parts to maintain/improve performance
• Ensure all contract deliverables and invoicing is satisfied per agreements
• Manage, perform and coordinate project turnovers from S&T, outage pre-planning, readiness reviews, material requirements via contract planning gate cycle
• Coordinate with PSM Monitoring & Diagnostics group for customer questions and concerns related to Plant operational issues.
• Communicate parts tracking information to database controller.
• Coordinate project financials with project controlling
• Coordinate logistics for hardware and service contract deliverables with supply chain management
• Overall responsibility to ensure for written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Liaison with sales on additional opportunities including tendering process
• Provide leadership for PSM and customer specific safety policies and objectives
• Support customer visits as required to liaison with Plant/Asset Management
• Support of day to day activities, as required.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education & Training

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering or related field
• Must complete EHS assigned regulatory training for work area as described by PSM’s EHS Training Matrix

• 5+ years of experience direct or indirect management experience with successful track record of identifying and promoting the right people on your team to the right places by harnessing and developing individual talents. Anticipates future skill and experience requirements to develop/hire people to fill these needs.

• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing project plans according to quality, cost and delivery specifications.
• 5+ years of experience solving technical or organizational problems on cross-functional teams, with communication skills at an advanced level.
• 5+ years of proven experience managing multiple technical Projects or Programs, on-time delivery and on budget.
• 5+ years of experience making sound judgments and decisions; including the speed, quality and complexity
• 5+ years of experience presenting technical topics to peers, higher management, and customers.
• Proficient in computer applications relevant to operational management; including SAP, MS Office programs.
• Ability to travel both domestic and internationally
