WE’RE HIRING! PART-TIME MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER

**Tiara Condominium Association is looking for a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Team Member to join our team!**

If you enjoy working with your hands, fixing things, staying busy, and being part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!

Tiara is a **beautiful, well-kept property on Singer Island**, and our Maintenance Team plays an important role in keeping it looking and operating at its best.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Assist with general maintenance, plumbing, electrical and repair needs

* Follow a daily maintenance schedule

* Complete and follow up on maintenance requests

* Help maintain tools, equipment and supplies

* Communicate with residents and Tiara staff

* Assist with vendors and tradesmen

* Report housekeeping or landscaping issues

* Help keep common areas safe, clean and operating properly

* Assist other departments when needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

* Dependable and responsible

* Good communication skills

* Able to follow directions

* Basic knowledge of general repairs and maintenance

* Comfortable using hand and power tools

* Organized and able to manage time well

* Positive, team-oriented attitude
