ICMS is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager who is responsible for the contractor's quality control program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Control Program documented in a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with PWS.

· Develop and implement procedures to identify and prevent recurrence of defective services

· Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of services listed in the PWS

· Submit the QCP to the KO for acceptance within 30 calendar days after award and submit proposed changes five working days prior to implementation

· Identify performance deficiencies and implement timely corrective actions.

· Track deficiencies through completion and verify corrective actions have been successfully implemented.

· Prepare quality control reports, inspection logs, corrective action reports, and trend analyses.

· Monitor compliance with all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements and performance metrics.

· Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

· Assist in developing employee training programs related to quality standards and contract compliance.

· Participate in transition planning, startup activities, and quality audits.

· Maintain records required by the contract for Government review.

· Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, Facilities Management, Quality Management, Environmental Services, or a related field is preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in building operations or facility services.

· Minimum of 3 years of quality control, quality assurance, or inspection experience on commercial or Government facilities contracts.

· Experience administering a Quality Control Plan (QCP) or similar quality management program.

· Experience managing or inspecting multiple facility service disciplines, such as: HVAC/mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Building maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Work order management, and Environmental and safety compliance

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Licenses and Certifications:

• A valid state’s driver's license (with no major infractions) is required
• OSHA 30-Hour training
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification preferred but not required preferred

Security Clearance:

Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite Position (Telecommute not considered for this position)

Work schedules are subject to change based on client and company needs. As a management position, this person will be on call regularly and be available for and respond to emergencies off shift.
