SCORER/PORTER in at Wild River Family Entertainment Center

SUMMARY

To assist bowlers with automatic scoring equipment and to maintain a constant cleaning pace, and to assist the control desk operator when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check with the control counter for special assignments.
• Assist customers on bowling lanes/party rooms.
• Bus concourse tables as needed.
• Clean bowling shoes/balls during downtime.
• Remove debris from the floor and carpets.
• Wipe up any wet spots/spills in the facility.
• Retrieve all gutter/foul bowling balls.
• Wipe and clean all party room walls.
• Washing and drying laundry
• Stock items in the porter area.
• Check and clean all doors.
• Other duties may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures is preferred.
• Some knowledge of bowling center operations is preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple customers at one time, with the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to walk, stand, and stoop for long periods of time.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 2-year work experience in the related field preferred.
