As a Software Developer Specialist, you will help build and evolve a scalable, robust, modular, and secure digital platform.
You will take a leading role in defining software architectures and implementing solutions designed for long-term performance and maintainability.
The position combines hands-on development with technical governance, architectural decision-making, and engineering best practices.
You will collaborate closely with Product teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
You will also guide developers, facilitate technical discussions, and contribute to a culture of collaborative code quality.
Your work will span cloud infrastructure, microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, databases, automated testing, and observability.

• Software Architecture: Design and implement scalable architectures based on microservices, modularization, event-driven patterns, and other appropriate architectural approaches.
• Backend Development: Develop high-performance services and APIs while applying strong software engineering principles and development best practices.
• Technical Governance: Define internal standards, architectural patterns, technical models, and governance practices that support consistency and long-term platform evolution.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with Product teams to understand requirements and translate business needs into robust and effective technical solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, support architectural decisions, mentor developers, and participate in collaborative code reviews.
• Quality & Security: Ensure applications and services meet high standards for technical quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Testing: Promote and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Platform Evolution: Continuously improve the platform and its ecosystem, ensuring solutions remain extensible, maintainable, observable, and capable of evolving with future needs.

• Software Architecture: Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, including Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Integration & Messaging: Strong experience with system integration, queues, and messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• APIs & Security: Advanced knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Cloud Computing: Solid professional experience with cloud computing environments and architectures.
• Containers & Orchestration: Advanced knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Programming: Advanced programming experience with C#/.NET.
• Databases: Strong experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Automated Testing: Solid knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing practices.
• Design Patterns: Strong understanding and practical experience applying software design patterns.
• Observability: Familiarity with structured logging, metrics, tracing, and other modern observability practices.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to view technology platforms as interconnected ecosystems and understand the broader impact of technical decisions.
