Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Pay Range: 50k - 70k (potential with hourly plus commissions; suggested for use for Indeed min/max salary range)

Angela Fox - State Farm Agency in Mulvane, KS is looking for an experienced, licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Account Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys selling, building customer relationships, and growing a book of business. You'll work with both new and existing customers, identify coverage opportunities, generate new business, and help clients find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

· $24–$28/hour base pay + commission

· Potential total compensation of $50,000–$75,000+, based on sales performance

· Generate and close new personal and commercial insurance business

· Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders

· Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products

· Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage

· Quote and sell Auto, Home, Property, Casualty, Life, and Health products

· Proactively prospect through phone calls, referrals, and other lead-generation activities

· Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects

· Help retain and grow existing accounts

· Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals

· Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the agency's CRM

· Develop new Financial Service opportunities with both existing and new clients

· Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and fellow team members

· Active Property & Casualty license required

· Active Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain)

· Insurance sales or account management experience preferred

· Experience with State Farm or a similar insurance agency is a plus

· Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products

· Proven ability to generate and close new business

· Experience with cross-selling and account development

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively following up with prospects

· Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

· Comfortable using CRM and sales technology

· B2B sales or outside sales experience is a plus
