What We Seek
At Merit, the Office Administrator is the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly and making sure the team has what it needs. This means your role will involve managing activities such as day-to-day office operations, planning events as needed, ordering and restocking supplies, vendor management, and helping new hires get set up.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Plan and coordinate company events, team gatherings, and in-office meetings as needed
- Keep the office running smoothly, including the workspace, kitchen and breakroom, and office equipment
- Monitor inventory and order and restock office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies
- Track office purchases and submit receipts and expense documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers such as cleaning, maintenance, and catering
- Answer front desk calls, greet visitors, and coordinate with our other offices
- General office support and other duties as assigned

- Creative problem solving and practical time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible part-time role (20 hrs/week); hours can vary to fit your availability and business needs
