THE POSITION
VaxCare is looking for an experienced and strategic Director, People Business Partner to help shape the organization, talent, and leadership capabilities needed for our next stage of growth.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this leader will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, developing a deep understanding of the business, and translating priorities into thoughtful organization and People strategies. The role will partner with leaders across organizational design, workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership effectiveness, performance, change, and employee relations.
Working closely with the Chief People Officer, the Director will help establish the People Business Partner role within the organization, define how the partnership model works in practice, build credibility with leaders and teams, and develop scalable approaches and operating rhythms that strengthen the connection between the People Team and the business.
The right person will be both strategic and hands-on, comfortable moving between enterprise-level organizational questions and complex day-to-day people matters. They will bring strong business acumen, curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships while constructively challenging thinking when needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Information Security & Privacy Responsibilities
Team Members in this position will be responsible for implementing and acting in accordance with VaxCare's information security policies; protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference; executing specific security processes or activities as assigned by the Information Security and/or Privacy Officers; and reporting security events or potential security risks to the organization. Team Members in this role may be involved in the processing of protected patient and/or payment information and will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of the information within their scope of work.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commute to Office: Must be able to commute to and from the corporate office for each scheduled shift.
- Prolonged sitting or standing: Team members must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, as much of the work involves sitting at a computer or workstation. Some hybrid or office-based roles may also require the ability to stand for portions of a shift.
- Repetitive motions: Significant use of the hands, wrists, and fingers is required for tasks like typing, using a computer mouse, and handling paperwork.
- Visual acuity: This job requires the ability to view a computer screen and read documents for extended periods.
