- Track prospecting and campaign performance through Salesforce, outbound platforms, and reporting tools, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze lead and campaign data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decisions.
- Continuously propose new lead sources, segmentation strategies, automation opportunities, workflows, and process improvements that generate measurable efficiency gains.
- Develop a strong understanding of the product, ideal customer profile, buyer personas, and go-to-market strategy to keep prospecting and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Business Development leadership to refine messaging, campaign targeting, and outbound sequences based on performance and market feedback.
- Maintain a working understanding of Salesforce data structures, lead-management processes, and architecture considerations to support data integrity and clean operational handoffs.
- Partner closely with BDRs, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and leadership to maintain feedback loops around lead quality, campaign performance, and process effectiveness.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, technologies, and go-to-market strategies while continuously improving operational execution.
- 3+ years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, sales development, business development operations, or a related function, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a strong understanding of prospecting, account research, and lead-generation workflows.
- Solid understanding of modern go-to-market concepts, sales development processes, and GTM technology ecosystems.
- Experience with platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Instantly, Salesloft, Outreach, or comparable tools.
- Strong analytical and data-management skills, with the ability to interpret prospecting, lead, and campaign data and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Experience developing or improving workflows, automations, data-enrichment processes, or sales operations processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with BDRs, Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment where priorities, technologies, and processes evolve frequently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain data, processes, and technical workflows to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented, with an appetite for experimentation, testing new approaches, and learning emerging technologies.
- A data-driven mindset and strong interest in using automation and technology to improve operational efficiency and scale.
- Salary: Expected base salary of approximately CAD $55,000, with the final offer determined by qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.
