Position Summary:
Bill Howe is seeking a motivated Jetter Apprentice to provide critical field support by delivering, returning, and maintaining hydrojetting and camera equipment for technicians on job sites. Working under the direction of the Field Supervisor, Training Supervisor, Service Manager, and Dispatch, this role offers hands-on exposure to hydrojetting operations and equipment, with a clear path for advancement based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Report to dispatch each morning in a clean, uniform-compliant appearance
- Inspect all assigned jetters and equipment each morning; complete daily inspection forms and report any maintenance issues
- Communicate and coordinate with assigned technicians throughout the day
- Provide general assistance to assigned plumbing technicians
- Deliver and return hydrojetting equipment to technicians in the field
- Operate control panels and jetter heads as directed by technicians
- Identify and select the appropriate jetter heads and camera equipment for each job
- Record before-and-after video documentation for each jetting service
- Complete jetter service record forms accurately and on time
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback from peers and supervisors
- Perform additional support tasks as directed by superiors
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary — training provided
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record required

Physical Requirements
- Routine use of construction equipment, including heavy machinery, hand tools, and power tools
- Ability to work aloft, climb, bend, pull, and reach overhead
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent use of hands for fine motor tasks (fingering, handling, feeling) and reaching with hands/ arms
Environmental Conditions
- Daily travel to various worksites
- Exposure to varying temperatures, both indoors and outdoors, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness
- Exposure to moderate to high noise levels
- Potential exposure to fumes or airborne particles, including dust
- May require work in confined spaces or at significant heights
The pay range for this role is:
20 - 25 USD per hour(San Diego)
