This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on transforming how healthcare providers connect and exchange information with a large-scale healthcare organization. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of provider connectivity capabilities designed to simplify interactions and create scalable value. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, interoperability, and digital product innovation, with significant cross-functional and external stakeholder exposure. You will work directly with provider organizations while partnering with technology, architecture, operations, implementation, and customer-facing teams. Your work will help standardize integration capabilities, improve provider experiences, and reduce administrative complexity. Success will require strategic product thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to turn complex business needs into scalable technology solutions. - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
- Develop scalable, standardized integration solutions that improve provider engagement, simplify information exchange, and support enterprise growth.
- Engage directly with provider organizations and internal stakeholders to understand needs, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for product innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, technology partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Partner with technology, architecture, operations, and implementation teams to establish integration standards and shape long-term platform capabilities.
- Translate customer, provider, and business needs into clear product requirements, prioritized initiatives, and actionable delivery plans.
- Balance near-term delivery priorities with long-term platform strategy, scalability, standardization, and sustainability.
- Support provider onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction in partnership with implementation and customer success teams.
- Establish meaningful product success metrics and use data and performance insights to guide prioritization and product decisions.
- Communicate roadmap priorities, business value, risks, progress, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance provider experiences, operational efficiency, and ease of information exchange.
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy and discovery through execution and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Provider Solutions, Integration Management, Digital Products, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and delivering products from concept through implementation.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.
- Strong experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions within matrixed organizations.
- Hands-on experience with integration-based products, platforms, APIs, digital connectivity solutions, or related technologies.
- Ability to gather, prioritize, and translate customer and business requirements into actionable product strategies and requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging audiences ranging from technical teams to senior executives.
- Experience defining product success metrics and using data to guide prioritization, investment, and strategic decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to drive execution.
- Experience working directly with provider organizations, health systems, physician groups, or provider-facing technology solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and transactions such as FHIR, HL7, X12, and API-based integrations is a strong advantage.
- Experience with provider integrations, connectivity platforms, interoperability solutions, or data exchange capabilities is preferred.
- Experience building strategic relationships with external providers and partners is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare payer operations, provider engagement, digital health, or healthcare interoperability ecosystems is advantageous.
- Experience partnering with Customer Success, Provider Services, Implementation, or Account Management teams is preferred.
- An MBA, MHA, or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Competitive annual base salary of $126,300–$173,700, depending on location, qualifications, experience, education, and other job-related factors.
