The position combines hands-on network administration, advanced troubleshooting, security, monitoring, and modernization initiatives.
You will work with technologies spanning routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, content filtering, and network monitoring platforms.
A key focus will be maintaining secure, high-performance connectivity across geographically distributed and bandwidth-constrained environments.
You will also contribute to technical documentation, incident resolution, infrastructure improvements, and knowledge sharing across technical teams.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced networking professional who thrives in complex environments and takes ownership of critical infrastructure.

  • Create and maintain accurate technical documentation covering network configurations, architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Contribute to network modernization, optimization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Produce incident resolution reports, performance assessments, security configurations, and recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
  • Proven experience configuring, deploying, administering, and supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking platforms, including ISR, Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, and wireless technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise routing, switching, wireless networking, firewalls, WAN connectivity, and network security.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting distributed LAN, MAN, and WAN environments, including geographically dispersed or bandwidth-constrained locations.
  • Experience with network monitoring and management platforms such as Cisco Prime, Cisco DNA, ISE, ACS, and LiveAction.
  • Experience supporting network security and content-filtering solutions such as Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and BlueCoat.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities, with the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing technical issues, and maintain service continuity in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams and communicate complex network issues clearly.
  • Previous leadership, mentoring, or technical team guidance experience is considered an asset.
  • Cisco networking certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are considered an asset.
  • Network security certifications and additional training in network monitoring, WAN optimization, or security platforms are also advantageous.
Benefits

  • Opportunity to contribute to network modernization and optimization initiatives.
  • High-impact technical role involving critical enterprise communications infrastructure.
