Working across Engineering, Product, Finance, Pricing, and Go-to-Market teams, you will turn strategic monetization decisions into scalable technical execution. The role combines deep technical understanding with executive-level influence, governance, and program leadership. You will help shape emerging models such as usage-based, credit-based, subscription, and AI-driven monetization. This is an opportunity to influence foundational systems while improving customer value, operational rigor, and revenue growth.
- Lead the strategy and execution of a global portfolio of technical programs supporting hybrid pricing and monetization, including contracts, usage metering, billing, invoicing, and related financial infrastructure.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to establish priorities, align technical roadmaps with pricing strategy, and drive execution across metering and billing platforms.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving AI and agent monetization, seat packaging, usage-based billing, credit infrastructure, and evolving subscription models.
- Ensure pricing and monetization programs incorporate appropriate financial controls, audit readiness, revenue recognition requirements, and long-term operational sustainability.
- Maintain portfolio-level visibility across programs, proactively managing risks, dependencies, sequencing decisions, milestones, and delivery priorities.
- Act as a strategic bridge between pricing and technical teams, translating business requirements into technically feasible, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
- Develop governance frameworks, operating models, and enablement processes that improve decision quality, accelerate execution, and reduce operational or technical debt.
- Create executive-ready communications, recommendations, trade-off analyses, and implementation guidance for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Gather feedback from Product and Go-to-Market teams to identify enablement gaps, technical constraints, and opportunities to improve pricing execution.
- Champion customer-centric monetization by balancing commercial objectives with transparent and sustainable product experiences.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline governance workflows, improve operational efficiency, and increase the focus on strategic decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across Engineering, Product, Finance, Pricing, and Go-to-Market organizations while mentoring other Technical Program Managers and strengthening program management practices.
- Significant experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technical programs with multi-year scope and company-wide impact.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS pricing, billing, and monetization systems, including subscription models, usage-based billing, credit systems, invoicing, and hybrid pricing.
- Proven experience managing portfolios of highly interdependent technical programs across multiple teams or organizations.
- Experience establishing cross-functional governance and operating models that balance execution speed, operational rigor, and compliance.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to partner with Engineering leadership and contribute to architectural and implementation decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence VP- and executive-level stakeholders and align Product, Engineering, Finance, Pricing, and Go-to-Market teams without direct authority.
- Strong program and project management capabilities, including strategic planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, sequencing, execution, and performance measurement.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business recommendations.
- Experience creating or managing scalable governance processes, operating models, and technical enablement programs.
- A strong track record of operating independently in complex, matrixed organizations and influencing outcomes across multiple functions.
- Experience mentoring and developing other program managers and raising the standard of technical program management.
- Experience with SOX compliance, revenue recognition, or financial governance in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with usage-based billing and monetization platforms such as Metronome is advantageous.
- Experience with AI product monetization, agent pricing, usage metering, or consumption-based pricing is highly valued.
- The role is remote within the United States, with limited travel, and requires proficient written and spoken English.
- Annual cash compensation range of $172,700–$246,700 USD, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

- Comprehensive benefits and perks designed to support employees' overall wellbeing.
- Flexible remote, hybrid, or onsite work options, depending on role and location.
- Opportunities for professional growth, learning, mentorship, and career development.
- A culture centered on flexibility, trust, strong team connections, and meaningful work.
- Support for reasonable accommodations during the hiring and employment process.
- An international working environment with opportunities to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Limited travel requirements, with in-person onboarding and team events where applicable.
