Charming and historic boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara situated a half-mile from the beach and Stearns Wharf and a block from the Paseo Nuevo outdoor shopping center.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Leads a small team in supporting and servicing the day-to-day activities.
- Model genuine, warm, and attentive hospitality across all departments.
- Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics and implement improvements where needed.
- Lead daily operations of Front Desk, Guest Services, and Housekeeping.
- Support accounting processes including billing accuracy, deposits, and audit compliance.
- Lead and support the F&B team in driving service excellence, team development, and outlet standards.
- Manage beverage and food cost controls through inventory management, ordering practices, waste reduction, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Support menu rollouts, seasonal updates, product selections, and experiential enhancements.
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and atmosphere align with the hotel’s identity and guest expectations.
- Hire, onboard, train, coach, develop, and support team members at all levels.

Requirements:WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Several years of hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience and/or Training Hands-on leadership experience in bar, café, or beverage-focused service environments.
- Technology/Equipment Experience with PMS and POS systems is a plus.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
