This role focuses on driving measurable growth across the full marketing and product funnel through experimentation, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization. You will own strategies aimed at improving website and campaign performance across paid and organic channels, with a strong emphasis on testing, iteration, and scale. Working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and campaign performance. You will design and execute structured experiments across landing pages, onboarding flows, pricing pages, and lifecycle journeys. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product marketing, design, SEO, paid media, and engineering. It is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on turning insights into actionable growth levers and measurable business impact.
- Analyze marketing, product, and revenue data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain performance reports covering funnel metrics, cohort behavior, campaign effectiveness, and partnership performance.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B, split, and multivariate tests across key growth surfaces such as landing pages, signup flows, pricing, onboarding, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a structured CRO experimentation roadmap aligned with business KPIs and growth priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering, SEO, paid, and content) to scope and implement experiments efficiently.
- Leverage AI tools and analytics platforms to accelerate reporting, experimentation, and insight generation.
- Support affiliate and partnership growth initiatives through tracking, analysis, and performance optimization.
- Produce clear documentation including experiment briefs, dashboards, insight reports, and performance reviews.
- 4–5 years of experience in growth marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, analytics, or CRO-focused roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, cohort behavior, and campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B, split, and multivariate experiments end-to-end.
- Working knowledge of SQL and strong familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, GTM, and BI tools like Metabase.
- Experience with CRO and experimentation tools, along with tracking and attribution setup understanding.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business metrics including activation, conversion, churn, LTV, CAC, and payback.
- Exposure to affiliate or partnership marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
