Summary:
EIS is growing its presence on the internet. Weve redesigned the company site to become a self-service hub, but most of our customers still dont know the great news! We need digitally savvy, customer-focused professionals who can help our customers learn about the new site. The Customer Service Specialist eCommerce is responsible for learning all aspects of the sales and customer service process to provide support and assistance. Come and grow with us!
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
(Include the following; however, other duties may apply.)
Respond to and manager customer related issues including order entry, processing incoming electronic orders, expediting, maintaining customer accounts, source products and pricing, and maintaining customer scheduled orders.
Ensuring the EIS Website reflects accurate, up-to-date content
Migrate existing customers, placing phone orders over to eCommerce
Assist customers with eCommerce inquiries, including, but limited to how to fully optimize the self-service experience (placing orders, responding to chat inquiries, invoicing, tracking, order history, quotes, etc.)
Provide feedback to management and production regarding customer needs and concerns
Perform Live Chat assistance for customers, while using the website
Work Environment:
This position requires a hybrid schedule; three days in office, during assigned work hours.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Two years experience of proven support and data entry experience
Associate Degree in related discipline desired and may substitute for required experience
Knowledge, experience and/or training in accurate data entry, office equipment, and use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable learning new equipment, applications and processing in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a team environment with customers, management and peers.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Language Skills: The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Reasoning Ability: Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills are required.
