This senior-level role is focused on leading complex, multi-discipline projects while serving as a trusted technical authority within your discipline.
You will take ownership of project delivery quality, ensuring work is profitable, well-coordinated, and aligned with scope, standards, and client expectations.
The role blends hands-on technical leadership with client-facing advisory responsibilities, making you a key driver of both delivery excellence and business success.
You will guide design direction, support cross-discipline coordination, and help resolve technical challenges in fast-moving, high-stakes project environments.
A strong emphasis is placed on mentoring teams, strengthening internal standards, and improving delivery systems through documentation and structured feedback.
Externally, you will build trusted client relationships, contribute to pursuits, and shape technical narratives that support winning new work.

- Lead discipline-specific and multi-discipline project delivery, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and profitable outcomes aligned with scope and standards.
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing clear guidance, sound engineering judgment, and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Oversee project health by identifying risks early, managing scope alignment, and ensuring timely, well-documented delivery.
- Guide engineers and Designers through technical decisions, design challenges, and coordinated workflows to maintain project momentum.
- Contribute to pursuit activities, including scope definition, technical strategy development, and participation in client interviews.
- Mentor internal team members by providing feedback, design reviews, and opportunities for professional growth through project involvement.
- Improve internal systems by contributing to standards, documentation, Pull Requests, and workflow enhancements that strengthen delivery consistency.
- 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services, with strong discipline-specific expertise (ICT, Security, Physical Security, or Electronic Security preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight and strong accountability for outcomes.
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, coordination requirements, and technical documentation standards.
- Experience contributing to standards, QA/QC processes, or documentation improvements using platforms such as GitHub or similar tools.
- Proficiency with industry tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.
- Certifications such as PSP, CPP, CDT, EIT, PE, or PMP are considered a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $145,000 – $180,000 annually, based on experience and expertise.
