Key Responsibilities:

    Provide legal advisory on contracts, employment law, FOIA, and ethicsDraft legal opinions, contracts, and policy documentsRepresent or support litigation before federal tribunalsConduct legal research and case preparationSupport discovery and compliance activities


Skills & Competencies:

    Legal research and advisoryLitigation and case management


Systems & Tools:

    Westlaw / LexisNexisE-discovery tools


Communication:

    Communicates with senior officials and legal entitiesDrafts pleadings and legal opinions


Education & Qualifications:

    Juris Doctor (JD)Active Bar License3+ years legal experience
