- Support day-to-day IT and security operations during EMEA business hours, ensuring secure and reliable access to internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with Security teams on SOC2 compliance initiatives, audit readiness, policy development, and continuous security improvements.
- Act as the primary IT Systems contact during security incidents, coordinating investigations, response efforts, and remediation activities.
- Monitor security alerts, dashboards, and automated notifications across corporate systems, investigating and escalating issues when necessary.
- Design and maintain access management structures with a strong focus on least-privilege principles and operational clarity.
- Conduct user access reviews, automate recurring audit tasks, and strengthen identity governance processes across platforms.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, workflows, FAQs, deployment procedures, and security-related operational guides.
- Build dashboards, reports, and integrations using APIs, logging systems, and automation tools to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on emerging security threats, vendor advisories, and industry best practices to proactively assess organizational impact.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments within IT or security-focused organizations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar EDR platforms.
- Strong expertise in SSO, SAML, and identity management platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, or equivalent technologies.
- Proven experience managing mobile device management platforms such as Jamf, Workspace ONE, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Solid understanding of DLP administration, endpoint hardening, encryption standards, firewall policies, and workstation security controls.
- Experience leading enterprise security tool rollouts and supporting security compliance initiatives, including SOC2 audits.
- Familiarity with compliance and governance platforms such as Drata or equivalent systems.
- Experience handling incident management, access reviews, and change management processes within IT security environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent documentation habits, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
- Additional experience with scripting, workflow automation tools, APIs, cloud IAM, and internal reporting systems is considered a strong advantage.
- Competitive compensation package based on location and experience.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Equity participation program.
- Fully remote work environment across Europe.
- Opportunity to work on high-visibility security initiatives with strong ownership and autonomy.
- Exposure to modern security tooling, cloud technologies, and enterprise-scale infrastructure.
- Collaborative and innovation-driven culture focused on continuous learning and improvement.
- Transparent interview and hiring process with opportunities to engage directly with technical leaders and stakeholders.
