Position Summary

The Guardrail Technician installs, repairs, and maintains highway guardrail systems and related roadway safety devices.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair guardrail systems
• Operate hand and power tools
• Load and unload materials
• Read work orders and measurements
• Maintain safe work zones
• Operate company vehicles and trailers as needed

Requirements

• Construction or highway maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors year-round
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Valid driver license required
• CDL preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of 75+ pounds
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
