Position Title: Apartment Community - Leasing Consultant

Description

Are you ready to start your career? Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Manager to join our winning team. As a Leasing Consultant you'll have the advantage of learning from our successful team atThe BrookevilleApartments inColumbus, OH.

We are offering up to $18.00/hr. PLUS $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, salesorcustomer service field
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents
- Yardi experience a plus!
