Crossbridge Hospice – Grand Rapids, MI (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Office Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of our Grand Rapids office. This position supports administrative, operational, and compliance functions while partnering closely with leadership to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and staff scheduling
- Perform routine office tasks to maintain an organized and professional environment
- Manage employee files and support new hire processing in collaboration with leadership
- Maintain weekly employee attendance logs and report absences promptly
- Assist with procurement and inventory of office supplies
- Assist with payroll processing and audit timesheets for accuracy
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Support performance review processes and competency tracking
- Help facilitate staff meetings, including IDG and all-staff meetings
- Promote a positive work environment that enhances morale, engagement, and productivity
- Attend all required meetings and in-services
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
