We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Wire Harness Assemblers. In this role, you will help build high-quality wire harnesses and cable assemblies used in a variety of industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with a team, and take pride in building quality products, we would love to hear from you!

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 5:30AM – 4:00PM
• Overtime may be available on Fridays based on production needs

Pay: $14/hr+

What You’ll Do

• Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical components according to work instructions and blueprints
• Route, bundle, tape, and secure wires and connectors
• Use hand tools and small equipment to complete assemblies
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and workmanship standards are met
• Read and follow assembly drawings, travelers, and production documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet production goals

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate!
