About the Role
Happy to Help Caregiving is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our growing caregiving team serving clients throughout the Pocatello area. As an in-home caregiver, you'll provide non-medical support that allows seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Preparing meals and snacks while encouraging proper nutrition and hydration
- Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and tidying living areas
- Providing medication reminders (no handling or administering medications)
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, repositioning, walkers, and wheelchairs
- Providing transportation for appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and approved outings
- Offering respite care for family caregivers
- Documenting services provided and reporting any changes or concerns to the office
- Supporting each client's independence, routines, dignity, and personal preferences
Qualifications
We're seeking caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Kind, patient, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow written care plans and verbal instructions
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred
- Previous caregiving, CNA, home care, healthcare, or customer service experience
No prior caregiving experience is required. We provide training and value compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Position Details
- Location: Pocatello, Chubbuck, and surrounding communities
- Schedule: Flexible full-time, part-time, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Type: In-home, non-medical caregiving
