About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Infusion Technician to join our cannabis production team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality infused cannabis products, including moon rocks, infused pre-rolls, infused shake, and other infused products.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in precision, follows compliance requirements without shortcuts, and can be trusted to complete production tasks correctly whether working independently or as part of a team.

The Infusion Technician plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and overall production efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities:
Production & Infusion Operations
  • Produce infused cannabis products including moon rocks, infused pre-rolls, infused shake, and other infused products according to company SOPs.
  • Accurately measure, weigh, and apply concentrates and infusion materials.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, appearance, and accuracy of all finished products.
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Safely operate production equipment and follow all operational procedures.
Inventory & Documentation
  • Accurately record all materials used during production.
  • Complete production logs, batch records, and inventory documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with seed-to-sale tracking systems and internal inventory procedures.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, material losses, or production concerns immediately.
Compliance & Quality Control
  • Follow all state cannabis regulations, GMP standards, company policies, and SOPs.
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout the production process.
  • Verify product specifications, weights, labeling, and infusion consistency.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and work areas.
  • Assist with inventory audits and compliance reviews as needed.
Team Collaboration & Problem Solving
  • Work collaboratively with team members during multi-person production projects.
  • Complete assigned production tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Identify production, quality, equipment, or compliance issues and communicate them promptly to leadership.
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding production progress and operational needs.
Facility Cleanliness & Safety
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and workstations according to company standards.
  • Participate in routine facility cleaning and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
Required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
  • Previous experience in cannabis production, infusion, manufacturing, packaging, or processing.
  • Knowledge of cannabis compliance requirements and seed-to-sale tracking systems.
  • Experience with inventory management and production documentation.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout scheduled production shifts.
  • Must be able to frequently use hands and fingers for repetitive production tasks, including grinding, weighing, filling, packing, rolling, twisting, labeling, and packaging pre-roll products.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and move cannabis materials, trays, and production supplies weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive motions and maintaining consistent hand coordination and dexterity throughout the workday.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach while handling production materials, cleaning workstations, and organizing inventory or supplies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment with repetitive workflows and strict production standards.
  • Ability to maintain focus, precision, and attention to detail while producing large quantities of pre-roll products consistently and accurately.
  • Ability to operate knockbox equipment and other production tools safely and efficiently for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working around cannabis flower, dust, and strong odors throughout the shift.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Capable of communicating effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production output, equipment issues, and quality concerns.
