PTLA in Eugene is looking for a Painter Make/Ready worker to drive excellence in the presentation and curb appeal of the community and preservation of the asset. Submit your resume today! This position is temporary full-time seasonal with employment expected to be from June through September.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance, painting, etc.
• Maintains cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in maintenance/painting preferred
• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well independently and in teams
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
