Job duties:
Work remote.
We have offices in Manhattan, Nassau County, Woodbridge, and Hackensack.

• Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.

Required:
· NY and/or NJ bar· Recent construction litigation / NY Labor Law (200, 240, 241) experience
