Job Description
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Myles Fleet Services
Position Summary
Myles Fleet Services is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue growth.
The primary responsibility of this position is to build, manage, and grow their own book of business. This is a
producing sales position.
The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who preferably brings an existing book of business and established
relationships within the fleet, trucking, transportation, construction, or commercial vehicle industries.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage & Grow Own Book of Business
Build, manage, and grow a substantial personal book of business.
Preferably bring existing customer relationships and industry contacts that can be developed into opportunities for Myles
Fleet Services.
Consistently prospect for new fleet and commercial accounts.
Develop long-term relationships with fleet managers, business owners, transportation companies, contractors,
municipalities, and other commercial customers.
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
Conduct customer visits, calls, follow-ups, yard checks, and other outside sales activities.
Identify opportunities to provide additional Myles Fleet Services services to existing customers.
Own opportunities from initial prospecting through closing and ongoing account management.
Meet or exceed established individual revenue and sales goals.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain their own pipeline accurately and consistently.
Document customer interactions and next steps.
Schedule and complete follow-up activities.
Track leads from initial contact through close.
Maintain visibility into upcoming opportunities.
Work with leadership to identify gaps in follow-up, lead management, and sales activity.
Services Represented
Mobile fleet maintenance and repair
In-shop truck and fleet repair
Roadside service
Preventative maintenance
Light, medium, and heavy-duty towing and recovery
Equipment transportation
Collision and body repair
Other fleet-related services offered by Myles Fleet Services
Compensation
Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience and existing book of business.
Individual Commission:
5% commission on first-year revenue
1% commission on recurring revenue thereafter
Team Growth Bonus:
•Team growth bonus structure and performance targets will be established by company leadership.

Preferably have an existing book of business and established industry relationships.
Have a demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business.
Be comfortable making calls, visiting customers, networking, and developing relationships in the field.
Have strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.
Understand how to manage a sales pipeline and effectively use a CRM.
Be accountable for their own activity and results.
Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Be competitive, organized, persistent, and results-driven.

Growth and retention of existing accounts
