- Prospect and identify enterprise organizations that could benefit from an AI-powered recruiting platform, building a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles end to end, from initial outreach and discovery through solution presentation, negotiation, and close.
- Develop deep expertise in the practical application and business impact of AI within recruiting and use that knowledge to create compelling customer value propositions.
- Build relationships across complex buying committees, including HR and talent leaders, executives, legal, procurement, security, and other stakeholders.
- Apply structured enterprise sales methodologies to manage opportunities, establish champions, engage economic buyers, and orchestrate deals toward successful outcomes.
- Develop account maps and multi-threaded engagement strategies to expand relationships and create durable customer alignment.
- Maintain disciplined territory coverage, pipeline generation, opportunity management, and forecasting.
- Navigate ambiguity and help shape sales processes as the organization scales its enterprise go-to-market motion.
- Develop a strong network of innovative, high-growth organizations and establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Capture market feedback, competitive insights, customer needs, and lessons learned and communicate them to leadership and product teams.
- Represent the brand with an intelligent, authentic, customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.
- Work cross-functionally to remove deal blockers, align stakeholders, and ensure a strong customer experience.
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a demonstrated history of closing large, complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals, ideally with organizations of 5,000+ employees.
- Proven experience managing enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy or sophisticated buying processes.
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
- Demonstrated expertise in account mapping, multi-threading, champion development, economic buyer engagement, and deal orchestration.
- Strong pipeline generation, territory planning, opportunity management, and forecasting skills, with disciplined command of sales activity and results.
- Comfortable engaging confidently with VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders and translating complex technology into clear business value.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to unblock opportunities by coordinating with internal and customer-side stakeholders.
- Resilient, analytical, systematic, ambitious, and motivated by competitive achievement.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments and helping build processes where established playbooks may not yet exist.
- Authentic, intelligent, low-ego, and deeply customer-oriented communication style.
- Strong interest in AI and its practical application to recruiting and business workflows.
- Candidates located in the Central Time Zone are strongly preferred due to territory coverage; exceptional candidates elsewhere in the continental United States may also be considered.
- $300,000–$350,000 OTE range.
- Equity participation as part of the overall compensation package.
- High earning potential through a combination of cash compensation and equity.
- Fully remote work environment.
- Opportunity to work alongside highly talented, collaborative, and performance-oriented colleagues.
- Exposure to cutting-edge AI technology and the opportunity to help shape how AI transforms recruiting.
- Strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development.
- Opportunity to build relationships and an extensive network across leading and emerging companies.
- Collaborative culture centered on velocity, transparency, customer experience, and end-to-end ownership.
- Comprehensive benefits package and additional employee perks.
