What you'll do
- Answer phone calls and complete passenger bookings in a timely and effective manner.
- Rearrange, cancel, add and cap flights as well as move passengers within computer system and notify the appropriate company personnel and passengers.
- Perform data verification of medical warrants in the Skyline program and in accordance with Health Canada requirements.
- Provide effective and efficient problem solving of issues arising with passengers and/or their flights.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and liaise with other company departments.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma.
- Experience in reservation, sales (or marketing department); call centre; or another relevant role.
- Fluency in or working knowledge of the Dene/Cree languages is considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Value teamwork and contribute positively to a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The rate of pay for this role starts at $20.00 per hour.
