Recruiting Coordinator

Daily Responsibilities:

· Utilize Job boards and Applicant tracking system to source and manage candidates

· Conduct screening calls to verify candidates are qualified and interested in job posting

· Enter notes for all status changes into ATS and track onboarding process

· Work with all levels of management to ensure onboarding process runs smoothly

· Continuously update recruiting reports utilized by executive leadership

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, moderate Excel skills
• Ability to use Applicant Tracking Software
• Interview and staffing experience preferred
• Excellent Organization and communication skills
