THE ROLE

We’re looking for an intern that will support the LATAM Marketing team through data analysis and digital presence management, contributing to strategic decision-making. Assists in daily operations, influencers campaigns, purchase orders and supplier monitoring. Gaining broad understanding of the color market, and experience in a dynamic marketing environment, playing a vital role in enhancing brand visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in generating and analyzing marketing reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Social Media and Wella Web page Management: Assist with brand social media channels, ensuring consistent and effective online presence.
• Operational Assistance: Support daily marketing operations, including materials for offers and product launches in LATAM.
• Influencer Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns and tracking performance.
• Purchase Order Management: Assist with purchase order processing and tracking
• Distributors Communication: Maintain communication with distributors, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Market Research: Assist in market research activities, gathering data and insights to inform marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently studying Marketing, Administration, Publicity, Industrial Engineering, RI or related areas.
• Basic knowledge in principles of Marketing, market research or studies, digital MKT.
• Advanced knowledge of the Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced Spanish and intermediate English, due to contact with Latin American and Global countries.
• Proactive profile, analytical, committed, organized and easy to work in a team;
• Ability to integrate information from multiple sources and drive alignment in a decision process.
• Great communications skills (verbal, written and presentation), ability to build good working relationships (internal and external), team player.
• Strong presence, ability to develop credibility and natural leadership across different geographies, functions, cultures, and levels of the organization.
• Availability to work 2x a week at the office and 3x a week at home.
