Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5: 00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Compensation: $22-$24 per hour
Selkirk Sport is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Specialist to support our Wholesale Department and Authorized Retail Partners.
In this role, you will help manage partner accounts, coordinate orders, maintain accurate account information, and provide day-to-day administrative support to our Wholesale Operations Manager and Account Management team. You will also work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure our retail partners receive responsive, professional support.

What You’ll DoSupport Our Wholesale Team- Provide administrative support to the Wholesale Operations Manager and Wholesale Sales Team.
- Assist Account Managers with account updates, order coordination, and internal follow-up.
- Maintain accurate territory documentation, sales resources, reports, and partner materials.
- Coordinate communication across Wholesale, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience.
- Help Authorized Retail Partners with account access, login issues, order inquiries, and other routine support needs.
- Troubleshoot account-related concerns and coordinate with internal teams when additional assistance is needed.
- Provide timely, clear, and professional communication throughout each interaction.
- Help create a consistent and positive experience for our wholesale partners.
- Coordinate new account onboarding from application through activation.
- Review documentation and confirm that internal account requirements have been met.
- Create and maintain accurate account records in CRM and other internal systems.
- Keep partner contact information and account details current across platforms.
- Complete high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain customer notes, order history, and communication records.
- Organize and update digital files, catalogs, pricing sheets, and internal resources.
- Assist with reporting, record maintenance, and data-cleanup projects.
- Identify workflow challenges and suggest practical improvements.
- Assist with creating and maintaining departmental procedures and resources.
- Support system enhancements and other operational projects.
- Adapt to changing priorities as the department and business continue to grow.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with strong accuracy.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and CRM platforms.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- A proactive approach and sense of urgency.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or administrative work.
- Familiarity with pickleball and its community.
- Experience working in consumer goods or a fast-growing organization.
- You take ownership of your work and follow tasks through to completion.
- You communicate professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
- You maintain accurate records, even while managing a high volume of requests.
- You look for opportunities to improve processes and make the team more effective.
- You represent the Selkirk brand with professionalism and integrity.
This position will begin as a temporary assignment with the anticipated opportunity to transition to regular, full-time employment after approximately 90 days. Conversion is based on successful performance, attendance, continued business needs, and other applicable employment requirements.
If transitioned to regular employment, the employee will become eligible for Selkirk Sport’s company benefits on the first day of the month following the transition date, subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
