BRX is seeking a dedicated and passionate Self-Contained Teacher to join one of our top district partners in Glendale.

This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who wants to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive school team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a structured, inclusive classroom and helping students reach their academic, behavioral, social, and functional goals.

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction in a self-contained classroom
• Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lessons
• Support students with a range of academic, behavioral, social, and functional needs
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications
• Maintain a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student programming
• Support students in developing academic, social, behavioral, and functional skills
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
• Valid Arizona teaching certification
• Experience working with students with varying disabilities preferred
• Previous self-contained classroom experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction and meet diverse student needs
• Compassionate, dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
• Commitment to helping every student reach their full potential
