HVAC Refrigeration Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Refrigeration Technician to support the manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of our industrial HVAC systems. This is a hands-on role working with advanced refrigeration systems in hazardous and industrial environments.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and test refrigeration systems throughout the manufacturing process
- Verify proper installation and operation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion valves
- Perform charging, evacuation, leak detection, and pressure testing in accordance with EPA regulations and industry standards
- Partner with engineering to identify design improvements and manufacturability enhancements
- Follow all safety protocols when handling refrigerants and working with high-voltage systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with HVAC/R or refrigeration systems (industrial experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, components, and controls
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
