Job Description

Administrative Parts Support

  • $24-$27/hour depending on level of experience and qualifications

  • Full-Time - Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Work with all locations with parts and admin assistance as needed
  • Create and distribute service installation paperwork to the customer
  • Credits - work directly with vendors/customers to track credits/Voucher/Part cores
  • Research and resolve open work orders and P.O.'s
  • Run periodic reports in P21 to make sure we are current on accounting activities related to Service and Parts
  • Service phones back-up - daily
  • Scan items and enter data in document imaging system
  • Entering service parts orders
  • Follow up on part deliveries; send tracking #'s to the customer
  • Call customers to get purchase order numbers; communicate pricing & delivery.
  • Track parts for inside service groups
  • Send customer part acknowledgements
  • Investigate open purchase orders
  • Follow up on part quotes
  • Assist with various, misc. accounting, admin duties as required by the position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of general office/administrative experience
  • Machine tool knowledge a plus, but not mandatory
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Word
  • Excellent phone skills. Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with internal and external customers as well as vendors.
  • 10-key and alpha-numeric typing skills
  • Self-directed. Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • In-office work daily, non-hybrid role
