Job Description
Procurement Analyst - Intern
Support the Procurement team by collecting & analyzing purchasing data, drive projects to support departmental goals & support execution of daily procurement routine. You’ll gain hands-on experience with procurement processes, contract management, and spend analysis, while helping us make data-driven decisions that drive value.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance metrics
Assist with creating RFQs (Request for Quotations) RFP’s (Request for Purchases)
Help manage and maintain procurement documentation
Work with cross-functional teams (Finance / Operations) to support purchasing needs & projects
Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities
Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); familiarity with procurement or ERP systems is a plus
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a team-first attitude
