Responsibilities

This role is key to our operations! We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Leader with heavy plastics knowledge to increase our market presence and reach.

Core responsibilities include, developing and implement purchasing strategies, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, maintain strong relationships, monitoring market trends, managing inventory levels and overseeing the purchasing team.

A successful candidate should have experience in the plastics industry, specifically polypropylene, polyethylene and PET, at least 10 years in material purchasing, strong analytical skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, JDE E1 experience preferred.
