Customer Service Associate at P3 Manatee Fanning LLC – Chiefland, Florida

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
To provide exceptional customer service at all times, while assisting the Manager on Duty (MOD) with a wide range of tasks and assignments. Customer Service Agents are able to pleasantly manage a flexible and ever-changing list of duties while upholding the P3 philosophy.

STATUS & COMPENSATION:
Part Time, 13.50 - 15.00/hr.

DUTIES:
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at all times, even in stressful or unpleasant situations.
- Manage a POS terminal, including handling and accounting for cash.
- Utilize multiple app and web-based platforms with a high degree of proficiency.
- Open and close sales terminals, including filing daily reports.
- Provide pricing information.
- Process order forms and assist in setting-up or tearing down service sites.
- Upsell products and services by informing guests of opportunities they may not be aware of.
- Answer phones calls, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Assist visitors at outdoor recreation equipment rental locations.
- Conduct recurring safety inspections and repair and maintenance as needed.
- Daily janitorial tasks.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed, while upholding the strictest BBP procedures.
- Maintain a heightened awareness for safety, while communicating consistently with home base.
- Interpret the surrounding environment according to approved script, while presenting a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain professional service and approach visitors with courtesy and respect.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to lift 65 pounds to waist height without assistance.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for 6 hours at a time without rest breaks.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions typical of Florida.
- Possess a strong work ethic.
- Possess an attitude or learning and adaptability.
