Looking to join a growing IT Department... keep reading! IWT is seeking an experienced JD Edwards expert to be responsible for analyzing/supporting JD Edwards E1 based solutions. Provide training and technical support to system end-users. Develop test plans and coordinate/perform software testing. Facilitates the integration of technology into business operations with the goal of using technology to improve operations or efficiency. This position specializes in JDE manufacturing module and acts as a lead for that part of the system. The Senior application Support Specialist is responsible for providing input and assisting in the development and implementation of business initiatives to support company operations and business decision making.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience supporting JD Edwards users, experience on a JD Edward's implementation team, worked in a manufacturing environment and had responsibility for Manufacturing module E1, and has excellent customer service skills.
